Expert in the Investment Support Department (DWI), Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH). With DWI PAIH since April 2021. 

Specialization: handling investment projects in the area of ​​production of components for Renewable Energy Sources (RES, mainly offshore, e.g. Vestas, Baltic Towers). 

A graduate of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, a graduate of International Economic Relations (specializing in International Business at the Poznań University of Economics), and a scholarship holder from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the College of Europe in Natolin (MA European Interdisciplinary Studies at the College of Europe). He completed the Energy Community Summer School in Vienna and the second edition of the Lesław Paga Foundation's Energy Academy. 

In the past (2019–2020) he worked in the Ministries of Energy, State Assets and Climate in the Department of Oil and Gas, where he was responsible for EU legislation in the field of taxonomy.
