With an engineering background, he graduated from the Faculty of Ocean Engineering at Gdańsk University of Technology, specialising in Management and Marketing in Maritime Economy.

I have been working in the renewable energy sector for over 12 years, specialising in the offshore and onshore wind energy market. I have extensive experience in project and team management, business development in the onshore and offshore markets, coordination and supervision of project budgeting, establishing and developing strategic cooperation with key leaders in the wind energy market, as well as co-creating long-term product strategic plans.
