• Exhibitors receive printed ID badges and holograms for parking cards at reception A – hall A

• Exhibitors should report any issues related to stand construction/equipment only at the exhibitor service desk located in hall B

Please remember that the badge details must be entered in your account in the Electronic Exhibitor System. This information will be available after full payment for the space and services ordered. Please arrive at the Exhibitor Reception Desk in the foyer of Hall A with the generated code and collect your badges.

They will be available at the trade fair reception desk from March 17, 2026.

Exhibitors must print parking passes themselves after paying for their order through the system, before arriving at the Fair – in the quantity ordered.
Parking passes must be presented with a hologram at the reception desk in the foyer of Hall A.

17/03/2026 (Exhibitors' Entrance)

• Entry through the gate: "EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE" - based on the exhibitor ID or INSTALLATION SERVICE ID collected at the reception desk in the hall A foyer
• Unloading of heavier items, entry through gate: G1 – based on the list of exhibitors with printed INSTALATION SERVICE IDs in hall A at gate T8
• Security issues entry passes for 60 minutes.
• Unloading hall A, B – gates T7, T8
• After unloading the goods, further free parking is possible at Parking P4 (Polsat Plus Arena) (based on a printed parking card – holograms are not valid on this day. The card must be placed in a visible place behind the windscreen).

18-20.03.2026 (Market Days)

• Exhibitors with purchased parking passes must park in Parking Lot P4 (Polsat Plus Arena ) – a hologram is required on these days. Parking passes without a hologram are invalid!
• Visitors and construction companies have at their disposal paid parking lot P6/P7 (AMBEREXPO Parking), payment in parking meters.

Attention!

On March 17, 2026, only the installation of stand equipment is permitted; any work that causes dust in the halls is prohibited .

External companies building stands must have INSTALATION SERVICE IDs.

Available for collection in hall A at gate T8.

External companies or exhibitors constructing their own stands may additionally use the paid parking lot P6/P7 (AMBEREXPO), after paying the appropriate fee at the parking meter. Parking is only available for passenger cars or delivery vans up to 3.5 tons.

We would like to remind you that the rear walls of the stand, made of your own construction – above 2.5 m, which are visible from the side of neighboring companies, must have an aesthetic finish – preferably white, without visible cables, wires, advertisements, etc.

Please note: For safety reasons, the goods gates will open on March 20, 2026 at 4:00 PM, after guests (persons not authorized to stay on the premises after 3:00 PM) have left the exhibition grounds.

According to the regulations for Participants of Trade Fairs organized by MTG SA, Participants or the stand builders are obligated to remove rubbish and empty packaging remaining after assembly and disassembly. Waste and rubbish should be disposed of in containers located behind the exhibition halls, and not left on traffic routes.

Built-up stands will be cleaned daily, including the public exhibition area and the open areas of the stands – vacuuming carpets and removing rubbish placed in front of the stand. Enclosed back areas will be cleaned only upon request and in the presence of the Exhibitor.

Attention!

Garbage bags must be placed on the traffic route.

Entry to Energy Fair PowerConnect 2026  is free for all guests.

After paying for your order, your ID badge will be available for collection at the guest reception in the foyer of Hall A.

Conditions of entry to the Fair:

• Registration in the system and collection of the ID card at the Reception foyer in Hall A.

Each exhibitor has received guest codes via the System, which you can pass on to your customers.

• The exclusive contractor responsible for the professional installation and removal of veneers in the AD Systems system (rented from AMBEREXPO) is ProArt.
• It is not allowed to install or remove veneers yourself in the AD Systems system belonging to AMBEREXPO.
