Exhibitors will receive printed identification badges and parking permit holograms at reception. A – hall A

• Issues concerning stand construction/outfitting shall be reported by Exhibitors exclusively at the exhibitor service desk, which is located in the hall B

We remind you that the data for the identifiers must be completed in your account at Exhibitor Electronic System. Data entry will be possible after paying the full fee for the ordered space and services. Please arrive with your generated code at the Exhibitor Reception in the foyer of Hall A to collect your passes.

Available for download at the trade fair reception from 17.03.2026.

Exhibitor parking passes are printed by the exhibitor themselves after paying for the order in the system, before arriving at the Exhibition – in the ordered quantity.

17.03.2026 (Exhibitor Entry)

• Exhibitor Entrance: „EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE” - based on the exhibitor pass or INSTALLATION SERVICE pass received at the reception in the foyer of Hall A
• Unloading of heavier elements, gate entry: G1 – based on the list of exhibitors with printed INSTALATION SERVICE IDs in Hall A at gate T8
• Security is issuing entry permits for 60 minutes.

18-20 March 2026 (Exhibition days)

• Exhibitors with purchased parking passes park at Parking P4 Polsat Plus Arena - These days, a hologram is required. Parking permits without a hologram are invalid!
• Visitors and building companies have available a paid Car park P6/P7 (Parking AMBEREXPO) Parking meter fee.

Attention!

On 17.03.2026, only the installation of stand equipment is permitted; the execution of Causes of dust pollution in halls.

External companies building stands must possess INSTALATION SERVICE identifiers.

For collection in Hall A at Gate T8.

External companies or exhibitors building their own stands can additionally use paid parking P6/P7 (AMBEREXPO), after paying the appropriate fee in the parking meter. Parking only for passenger cars or vans up to 3.5 t.

Just a reminder that self-built stand rear walls – over 2.5m in height, which are visible from neighbouring company stands, must be aesthetically finished – ideally in white, with no visible cables, wires, advertisements, etc.

Warning! For security reasons, the freight gates will open at 16:00 on 20.03.2026, after visitors (persons not authorised to be on the premises after 15:00) have left the exhibition grounds.

In accordance with the regulations for Participants of Trade Fairs organised by MTG SA, the Participant or Stand Constructor is obliged to remove rubbish and empty packaging left after assembly and dismantling. Waste and rubbish should be placed in the containers located behind the exhibition halls, not left on communication routes.

Stand enclosures will be cleaned daily in terms of publicly accessible exhibition space and open parts of the stands – vacuuming carpets and emptying rubbish bins located in front of the stand. Closed back rooms are cleaned only upon request and in the presence of the Exhibitor.

The rubbish sacks must be placed on the thoroughfare.

Following payment of your order, your identifier will be available for collection at the guest reception in the foyer of Hall A.

• Registration in the system and collection of the ID at Reception in Foyer, Hall A.

Each exhibitor has received guest codes via the System, which you can pass on to your clients.

• The sole contractor responsible for the professional installation and dismantling of veneers in the AD Systems (rented from AMBEREXPO) is ProArt.
• The self-assembly and disassembly of veneers in the AD Systems belonging to AMBEREXPO are not permitted.
