A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and an Executive MBA, a manager certified by the International Project Management Association. For 27 years, they have specialised in the field of energy development.
As a long-standing Director of the Investment Department at Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne, he coordinated the development of the national power grid and actively participated in the creation of legal regulations dedicated to the energy sector.
He managed, among others, the Poland-Lithuania power project co-financed by European funds, and the construction and expansion of the transmission network for EURO 2012.
Over recent years, within the Polish Biogas Group, part of the French conglomerate Total Energies, he has prepared and implemented a range of energy projects. At the Polish Biogas Group, he held the position of Chairman of the Management Board of PGB Inwestycje and Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of PGB Serwis. As Vice-President of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Renewable and Distributed Energy (PIGEOR), he has been working to develop legal regulations aimed at advancing the energy sector, including renewables.
He currently holds the position of Vice President for Regulation at PGE Polish Energy Group and sits on the management bodies of several energy sector industry organisations. As Vice President of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Committee (PKEE), he represents Poland in the international organisation Eurelectric. Furthermore, he holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Polish Committee of the World Energy Council (WEC), Chairman of the Management Board of the Polish District Heating Association (PTEC), and Board Member of the Polish Power Plants Economic Association (TGPE). Additionally, he has been appointed to the Committee for Energy and Climate Policy at the National Chamber of Commerce (KIG).
