The PowerConnect Energy Summit 2025 energy trade fair will take place from 18-20.03.2026 at AMBEREXPO in Gdańsk.
What are the entry requirements for the Trade Fair?
Entry to the Exhibition or Conference hall is conditional upon possessing a personal badge. The badge must be collected from the Exhibition reception upon presentation of a purchased ticket in printed or electronic form. In the case of Exhibitors, Partners and VIP Guests, a voucher in printed or electronic form must be presented to collect the entry pass.
Where and when can issuer badges be collected?
Exhibitors receive printed badges at Reception A in Hall A. These are available for collection at the exhibition reception from March 25, 2025.
How to prepare for badge collection?
Details for the identifiers must be completed in the Electronic Exhibitor System account. Filling in the details will be possible after the full payment for the ordered space and services has been made. You need to arrive with the generated code at the Exhibitor Reception in Hall A.
How to obtain exhibitor parking passes?
Exhibitor parking passes are printed by the exhibitor themselves after payment of the order through the system, before arriving at the Trade Fair – in the ordered quantity. Parking passes must be stamped with a hologram at Reception A.
Since when have holograms on parking cards been mandatory?
Holograms for parking cards are valid on market days (from 26.03 from 10:00).
What are the opening hours for the Trade Fair for Exhibitors?

How is traffic organised on exhibitor entry day (25.03.2025)?
- Entrance Gate: "EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE" – based on the exhibitor pass or INSTALLATION SERVICE pass
- Unloading heavier elements via gate G1
- Security is issuing entry passes for 60 minutes.
- Unloading in Hall A via gates T8, T10
- After unloading the goods, it is possible to park for free in Car Park P4 (Polsat Plus Arena) based on a printed parking card (holograms do not apply on this day).
How does parking organisation look on market days (26-28 March 2025)?
- Exhibitors with purchased parking passes park in Car Park P4 (Polsat Plus Arena) - a hologram is required on these days.
- Visitors and exhibiting companies can also use car park P4, as well as car parks P7/P8 at AMBEREXPO – please use the parking meter in that case.
What are the deadlines for stand assembly by external companies?
Stand assembly takes place from 22-25 March 2025 between 08:00 and 20:00.
What are the rules for assembly work on 25.03.2025?
On 25.03.2025, only the installation of stand equipment elements will be permitted. Work causing dust in the halls is prohibited.
What is required of external companies building stands?
- External companies building stands must have INSTALATION SERVICE identification (to be collected in Hall A, Gate T8).
- Assembly work can commence upon the payment of a deposit amounting to PLN 1,000.00.
- Back walls of custom-built stands – above 2.5 m high, which are visible from neighbouring company stands, must have an aesthetic finish.
When does the dismantling of stands take place?

What time will the goods entrance gates open on the dismantling day?
For safety reasons, the freight gates will open at 5:00 PM on 28.03.2025, after visitors have vacated the exhibition grounds.
What are the rules for waste disposal during assembly and disassembly?
The participant or exhibitor is obliged to remove rubbish and empty packaging remaining after installation and dismantling. Waste and rubbish should be placed in the containers located behind the exhibition halls, and not left on traffic routes.
To what extent are built-in stands cleaned?
Stands will be cleaned daily with regard to jointly accessible exhibition space and open parts of the stands – vacuuming carpets and disposing of rubbish placed in front of the stand. Closed back areas are cleaned only upon request and in the presence of the Exhibitor.
What are the entry conditions for trade fair visitors?
Admission to the PowerConnect Energy Summit 2025 is subject to a fee for all guests. Entry requires registration in the system and collection of your ID badge from the Reception in Hall A.
Where and how can guests check in?

What are the payment terms during the Fair?
For any additional orders or payments during the Fair, payment is only possible by card! There will be no cash transactions during the Fair.
Where are the changing rooms and the cash machine?
The cloakroom is located in the foyer of Hall B, while the cash machine is situated in front of the entrance to the Amberexpo grounds.
