The Baltic Towers was founded in 2023 as the result of cooperation between the Polish Industry Development Agency SA and the Spanish company GRI Renewable Industries, SL. The purpose of this Joint Venture is to implement an innovative project - the construction of the largest marine factory of the wind towers in Europe. The investment is located on the island of Ostrów in Gdańsk. The facility with access to the port will allow you to create a production hall in which we will produce towers for 15 MW wind turbines and more. The plant will have production capacity sufficient to produce over 150 towers a year. The production hall has 6.2 hectares with severe lifting; It is a production hall that can produce sections of up to 500 tons, 50 meters long and 11 meters in diameter. The Baltic Towers factory will create over 500 highly specialized jobs, which will contribute to stimulating the regional economy and improve the skills and competences of local employees.
