The Innovation Zone is a space at the PowerConnect Energy Summit dedicated to companies introducing innovative technological solutions that have a real impact on the transformation of the energy sector.
This zone will host both start-ups and companies with an established position on the market, offering prototypes of their innovative products ready for commercialization.
Exhibitors will have the opportunity not only to present their solutions at stands, but also to take part in dynamic pitches on the main stage.
Each company will be able to present its projects to key decision-makers, investors and the general public, and selected presentations will take part in the competition for the most interesting innovation.
Elements of the Innovation Zone
The basis of the Innovation Zone is a trade fair space where companies can directly present their technologies and solutions to visitors, investors and decision-makers from the energy sector.
Exhibition stands allow them to fully display their products, including demonstration of prototypes and technologies ready for commercialization.
Throughout the fair, companies can interact with participants, present details of their solutions and answer questions about potential cooperation.
One of the most important elements of the Innovation Zone are pitchings, i.e. short, dynamic presentations during which selected companies have 5 minutes to present their technological solutions.
These presentations take place on the main stage in front of gathered investors, industry experts and fair participants.
The aim of the pitch is to provide condensed and effective information about innovative solutions that may have a key impact on the future of the energy industry.
Each pitch ends with a 5-minute session of questions from the jury and the audience, which allows you to learn more about the technology and better understand its market potential. Companies participating in pitchings receive valuable feedback from experts, which allows them to better adapt their offers to the expectations of investors and customers.
Another key element of the Innovation Zone is the competition for the most interesting innovation, which is the culminating point for the companies participating in the pitchings. The competition consists of two stages:
Selection stage: All companies can submit their projects to the competition, but their entries must be accepted by the committee. The committee, composed of industry experts, evaluates projects based on their innovation, commercial potential and contribution to the energy transition. Selected projects move to the second stage.
Presentation stage: In the second stage, selected companies present their innovations on stage during pitching. After the presentations, the committee selects the winner whose project will be declared the most innovative project of the PowerConnect fair.
The matchmaking zone is a dedicated space where 15-minute meetings of innovative companies with investors and potential business partners will take place.
Thanks to a special application, participants can plan meetings in advance, which allows for the effective exchange of information and establishing valuable relationships.
Short, direct conversations allow you to ask in-depth questions, quickly assess the potential of cooperation and tailor offers to investor expectations, which significantly speeds up the decision-making process.
