A resident of Gdańsk, manager, doctor of law and university lecturer. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.
After completing his legal counsel training and passing the professional examination, he obtained the title of legal counsel. Earlier, he successfully passed an examination for candidates for members of supervisory boards with the participation of the State Treasury before a commission appointed by the Minister of the State Treasury, obtaining the appropriate authorization to sit on these boards.
He gained professional experience in providing legal services to entities from the fuel and construction industries, in the field of regulated activities and the so-called special purpose vehicles (with particular emphasis on preparing and conducting investment processes), working in law firms and running an individual practice in a legal advisor's office. He managed the legal department of a private defense company (including construction and design of special technologies), with an established reputation on domestic and foreign markets.
He also gained experience in the government and local government sector. In recent years, member of the management board - legal and financial director in a private company specializing in the implementation of linear investments, present on the industry market for over 60 years.
He has been a member of supervisory boards of commercial law companies for over 10 years, including those in the areas of financial markets, telecommunications, health care and the leisure industry. In the past, among others: member of the supervisory board of a leading Polish telecommunications operator and cybersecurity service provider.
Currently, a member of the supervisory board of the Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX) based in Yerevan, appointed by the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA (majority shareholder).
