Doctor of Laws. Founder and Managing Partner of the Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy law firm. He specializes in commercial law and business transactions, both in terms of public law and civil law. In particular, he deals with the issues of the activities of financial institutions (banks, insurers, investment funds) and their organizational transformations and the issues of financial instruments, as well as issues of building the entrepreneur's capital and securing it against the effects of economic risk. His practice also includes matters related to corporate consulting, enterprise restructuring, privatization and energy, and foreign investments.
He was the President of the Management Board of PKO BP and the function of chairman of the supervisory boards: PKO BP, Wilbo, and the Haffner center. He was a member of many supervisory boards, including: the National Investment Fund of Magna Polonia, Bank Pocztowy, Nordei Bank Polski, the National Depository of Securities, PTE AEGON SA is currently a member of the Supervisory Board in Kompap SA Companies, Remontowa Holding SA and vice -chairman . In addition, he is currently the chairman of the Council of the University of Physical Education and Sport. Jędrzej Śniadecki in Gdańsk for the 2025-2028 term.
He is active in various social and economic organizations. He is the President of the Management Board of the Gdańsk Business Club, an association of entrepreneurs, managers and intellectuals, as well as a member of the Council of the Józef Piłsudski Family Foundation.
He was the first Chairman of the Council of the University of Gdańsk and participated in the work of the councils of the Józef Piłsudski Museum in Sulejówek and the National Museum in Gdańsk.
He is an arbitrator of the International Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Maritime Economy in Gdynia. In the years 2017-2024 he was honorary consul of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
He graduated in law and later defended his doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. He passed the judicial examination and then obtained the qualifications of a legal advisor. For many years he was a research and teaching employee at the Department of Commercial Law and Private International Law at the University of Gdańsk.
