An engineer by profession, he graduated from the Faculty of Ocean Engineering of the Gdańsk University of Technology, specializing in Management and Marketing in Maritime Economy.

He has been working in the renewable energy industry for over 12 years, specializing in the offshore and onshore wind energy market. He has extensive experience in the areas of project and team management, business development on the onshore and offshore market, coordination and supervision of project budgeting, establishing and developing strategic cooperation with key leaders of the wind energy market, as well as co-creating long-term strategic product plans.
