As a leader operating in the ESG philosophy, he successfully carried out the energy transformation in Gdańsk (elimination of all own coal sources), strategic (dynamic strategy in the spirit of agile) and cultural (flexible work culture) for 8 heating companies in Poland, making the GPEC Group an industry leader.
He is constantly working to increase the business efficiency of the capital group and the energy efficiency of both its own assets and those of its customers. He implemented new, profitable segments of efficiency services, such as digitization of heating using AI, smart solutions in buildings, and technical maintenance of buildings.
