Paweł Nowak is a graduate of the University of Warsaw. In 2021, he obtained an MBA from the Polish Academy of Sciences. A manager with many years of experience in introducing new products to the nationwide market. He co-created marketing strategies for both Polish companies and international corporations on the part of entities introducing the product to the market. He cooperated with brands such as: Sandoz, Sequoia, Polfa Tarchomin, Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna. In recent years, he was the director of the Organizational and Legal Department at the Port of Gdansk Authority SA, where he exercised ownership supervision over companies from the capital group.
He served as the president of the management board of Port of Gdańsk Eksploatacja SA, where he successfully carried out multi-million investments and optimized business processes, which directly translated into the company's financial results.
