Mr. Sławomir Staszak has many years of experience in managing and developing and implementing extensive corporate governance systems in commercial law companies and holding groups, as well as in the field of broadly understood corporate and holding law and capital market law.
From 2014, he was the managing partner of K&S Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Kardasz Staszak sp.k. During his career, he participated in the implementation of numerous business projects for various entities, including: co-creating holding groups operating internationally, including for entities from the energy and port industries, he managed international teams and participated in building strategies for multi-million business projects. He also provided business consulting services to domestic and foreign commercial law entities, including those from the European Union, the USA and Asia, including: leading the implementation of the sales strategy on foreign markets, especially Asian ones.
In addition to extensive legal practice, his previous professional experience has allowed him to improve supervisory and management skills, including those related to managing complex teams. Mr. Sławomir Staszak sat on the management boards and supervisory boards of many companies and foundations, including: on the Supervisory Board of the Port of Gdynia Authority SA
He graduated in law from the University of Gdańsk and has been practicing as a legal advisor since 2014.
