He has several years of experience in economic research and analysis, strategic planning, technology development, and programming and evaluation of public policies. In the above-mentioned scope, he implemented projects including: for the European Commission, the Ministry of Development, PARP, NCBiR and regional governments in Poland.
An experienced manager with many years of documented work in the think tank industry. Author or co-author of several dozen expert opinions and analyzes in the area of competitiveness and innovation of enterprises, cluster and regional development strategies, legal regulations and stakeholder cooperation. Involved in the development of the region, including: preparatory work on hydrogen projects for the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
