A graduate of history at the University of Gdańsk and management studies at the Gdańsk Management Development Foundation. Associated with business for over a dozen years. Popularizer of the principles of ethics and corporate social responsibility, personally involved in the implementation and development of the social economy. A social activist and participant in the work of many representative bodies, such as the Pomeranian Entrepreneurship Council, the Council of Regions of the Lewiatan Confederation, and the Staff of Pomeranian Entrepreneurs. Member of many respectable bodies, including: Economic Convention of the Association of Universities in Gdańsk. Daniel Fahrenheit, the Council of Experts of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk, the Consultative Council of the Faculty of Management of the Gdańsk University of Technology, the Council of the Gdańsk Foundation.
