After two substantive days of debates and inspiring discussions, it was time for something equally important - Education and Career Day under the patronage of the Ministry of National Education and the Marshal's Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. It is primarily an investment in the future of the labor market in the energy sector. Over 2,200 students, students and people looking for new professional challenges had a unique opportunity to look behind the scenes of the industry that drives the economy. Networking zones, practical workshops and inspiring lectures of experts allowed participants not only to gain valuable knowledge, but also to establish contacts that can become a career pass in this dynamically developing field. The energy of young people met here with the experience of leaders - and this combination always leads to innovation!
The key point of the Education and Career Day was a round table, which became the arena of dynamic exchange of experiences and ideas for the future of education in the energy sector. Education experts, representatives of government and local government administration, business leaders, universities and training institutions met in one place. Discussions were not limited to theory - the real needs of the labor market were confronted with the current educational system, looking for the best solutions for the future. It was here that ideas were born that can set a direction for a new generation of specialists in the energy industry.
