Exhibitors receive printed IDs at the reception and in Hall A. They are available for download at the market reception from 25.03.2025.

Data for identifiers should be completed on the account in the electronic system of the exhibitor. Data completion will be possible after paying the entire fee for the ordered area and services. You should arrive with the generated code to the reception of exhibitors in Hala A.
How to get parking cards for exhibitors?
Parking cards of the exhibitors print themselves after paying the order from the system, before arriving at the fair - in the ordered quantity. Parking cards must be provided with a hologram at the reception A.

What are the principles of assembly work on 25.03.2025?
On 25.03.2025, only the installation of stands of stand equipment is allowed, it is prohibited to perform works causing dusting of halls.
What is required from external companies building stands?
- External companies building stands must have the Instals Service ID (for pickup in the hall A at the T8 gate)
- The start of assembly works will be possible after paying a deposit of PLN 1,000.00
- Rear walls of their own buildings - above 2.5 m, which are visible from the side of neighboring companies, must have an aesthetic finish

What are the rules of garbage collection during assembly and disassembly?
The participant or building contractor is obliged to remove garbage and empty packaging remaining after assembly and disassembly. Waste and garbage should be thrown into containers located behind the exhibition halls, and not left on communication routes.
To what extent are built -up stands clean?
Built -in stands will be cleaned daily in terms of public exhibition surface and open parts of the stands - vacuuming of carpets and throwing garbage issued in front of the stand. Closed facilities are cleaned only on request and in the presence of an exhibitor.
