2nd Cycle FlexCo is an Austrian cleantech company developing circular economy technologies for photovoltaic modules. We design and implement solutions for high-performance cleaning, testing, sorting, repair support, and high-quality recycling of PV modules to extend their lifespan and recover valuable raw materials at end-of-life. Our systems combine automation, robotics, data-driven inspection, and full traceability, enabling reliable decisions regarding reuse, refurbishment, and recycling. By integrating logistics, diagnostics, and processing technology, 2nd Cycle supports asset owners, energy companies, recyclers, and industrial partners in reducing waste, CO2 emissions, and resource consumption. Our mission is: reuse first, then proper recycling. We create scalable, cost-effective circular processes for the PV market in Europe and beyond, from pilot projects to industrial lines, with documentation and traceability in practice.
