She has over 20 years of experience in public sector financing and structuring public infrastructure projects, which she gained in banks
Pekao SA and BPH. SA, as well as in public administration (Capital City of Warsaw).
She is currently responsible for public sector cooperation at Bank Pekao SA, a leader in financing local government investment projects and a leader in the market for bond issuance for municipal companies. She has been responsible for numerous pioneering financing structures, including the country's first revenue bonds, Poland's first green municipal bonds, public-private partnerships, debt buyouts, SPV financing, public covered bonds, and investor-driven financing arrangements. She has participated in financing the country's largest local government projects through bond issuance programs and corporate loans across all public utility sectors, including urban and regional transport, waste management and disposal, water and sewage systems, municipal construction, regional airports, sports, cultural, and exhibition facilities, healthcare projects, and direct financing of Polish city, county, and voivodeship budgets.
She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw (Executive MBA) and the Nicolaus Copernicus University (Master of Economics)
