A graduate of the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Law and Administration, with Postgraduate Studies in Project Management from the Gdańsk University of Technology, and MBA studies at WSB Academy.
A local government official with over 25 years of experience, specialising in securing EU grants. She has successfully implemented investment projects for local governments in Gdynia, Dęblin, and Rumia.
Since 2017, she has held the position of President of the Management Board of Rumia Invest Park Sp. z o.o. – a municipal company whose mission is to manage investment areas in Rumia by creating innovative models of cooperation between business and local government. She effectively builds favourable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in the city, attracting new investors and strengthening local economic potential.
Actively engaged in the energy transition process in Rumia. Involved in the green energy sector for years, with a particular focus on offshore wind energy, and more recently nuclear energy, in the areas of education, promotion, and training.
She is the originator of the Pomeranian Centre for Competences in Marine Renewable Energy in Rumia, which aims to provide practical vocational training for young people and develop adult competencies in line with the needs of the offshore sector.
She co-initiated the establishment of the Pomeranian Offshore Wind Energy Platform in the Baltic Sea and actively participates in initiatives supporting the development of the offshore industry in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. She initiated and co-organised 2 editions of the largest educational career fair, EDU OFFSHORE WIND, with partners.
Representative of the Board of the North Employers' Forum for Wind Energy. Member of the Monitoring Committee of the Interreg South Baltic Programme 2021-2027.
From June 2025, Chairwoman of the Polish Offshore Wind Energy Chamber Council.
From January 2026, a member of the Council of the Coastal Industry Skills Centre in Lębork.
