A graduate of the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Law and Administration, Postgraduate Studies in Project Management at the Gdańsk University of Technology and MBA studies at the WSB Academy.
A local government official with over 25 years of experience, specializing in obtaining EU grants. She has successfully implemented investment projects for local governments in Gdynia, Dęblin, and Rumia.
Since 2017, she has served as President of the Management Board of Rumia Invest Park Sp. z o.o. – a municipal company whose mission is to manage investment areas in Rumia by creating innovative models of cooperation between businesses and local government. She effectively creates favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in the city, attracting new investors and strengthening the local economic potential.
She is actively involved in Rumia's energy transformation process. For years, she has been involved in the green energy sector, with particular emphasis on offshore wind energy and, more recently, nuclear energy, in education, promotion, and training.
She is the originator of the Pomeranian Competence Centre for Maritime Renewable Energy in Rumia, the aim of which is to provide practical vocational training for young people and develop competences of adults in line with the needs of the offshore sector.
She co-initiated the establishment of the Pomeranian Platform for the Development of Offshore Wind Energy in the Baltic Sea and actively participates in activities supporting the development of the offshore industry in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Together with partners, she initiated and organized two editions of the largest educational career fair, EDU OFFSHORE WIND.
Representative of the Management Board of the Northern Employers' Forum for wind energy. Member of the Monitoring Committee of the Interreg South Baltic Programme 2021-2027.
From June 2025, chairwoman of the Council of the Polish Chamber of Offshore Wind Energy.
Since January 2026, a member of the Council of the Seaside Industry Skills Center in Lębork.
