Ewa Malicka is the president of the Small Hydropower Development Association (TRMEW). For 20 years, she has also worked in a family businessoperating small hydropower plants. She began working with TRMEW in 2009 on international affairs, representing TRMEW on the Board of the European Small Hydropower Association (ESHA) and (currently) on the European Energy (EREF). She has served on the TRMEW Board since 2011, since 2017. serving as its At TRMEW, currently primarily responsible for industry-related legislation.
