Responsible for the development and regulation department, he also supervises investment and modernization processes in the renewable energy segment.
He gained professional experience in private companies and large publicly traded corporations, including the PZU Group. For over 12 years, he has worked as a manager responsible for investment and restructuring processes. During this time, he held director positions and then, for the past 10 years, as CEO and board member, specialized in strategy building and new business development.
For 15 years, he has served on the supervisory boards of commercial law companies, including Mazowiecka Spółka Gazownictwa, Huta Pokój, and currently Gdańsk Airport. He is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and the Warsaw School of Economics.
