The Senate of the Republic of Poland

He was born on 4 January 1971 in Gdańsk.

In 1996, he graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Gdańsk. In 2012, he completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Finance and Management of the WSB University in Gdańsk.

He worked for, among others, the Banking Insurance and Reinsurance Company ”Heros-Life" (1996–1997), and was also the director of the Sopot branch of ERGO HESTIA (1997–2002).

Between 1994 and 1998, he served as a councillor of the Pruszcz Gdański City Council, holding the position of its deputy chairman. From 1998 to 2005, he was a councillor of the Gdańsk County Council; until 2002, he chaired the council, and from 2002 to 2005, he was the deputy governor of Gdańsk County. From 2005 to 2010, he served as the deputy mayor of Pruszcz Gdański. Between 2010 and 2019, he served as a councillor of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Sejmik, sat on its board, and from 2018 to 2019, he was the deputy marshal.

In the 10th term Senate, he served as Secretary of the Senate.

Until 2019, he was the president of the Association of Polish Regions of the Baltic–Adriatic Transport Corridor.

He was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit.

They belong to the Civic Platform of the Republic of Poland, and are a member of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Board of this party.
