"You have more than you think – discover your top 3." "I have nothing to put on my CV" – this is one of the most common statements high school students make. This workshop demonstrates that it's not a lack of competences that's the problem – it's a lack of awareness. The workshop is
self-diagnostic and developmental in nature. Its goal is to support young people in recognizing and defining their own skills and competencies in a way that is useful in the job market. Participants work with an extensive list of 160 competencies, along with their meanings. The process involves a step-by-step selection process:
1. Selecting 3 competencies from each section of the material (24 in total).
2. Reducing the key skills to 10.
3. Narrowing them down to the 5 most important.
4. Peer review – identifying the 3 traits that are most noticeable from a peer's perspective.
