Want to see how power industry experts are trained in practice? We invite you to a unique study tour at one of the most modern training centers in Poland – the Energa-Operator SA Training Ground in Bąków.
This is a unique opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at professional technical training, learn about the infrastructure used for exercises in near-real-world conditions, and speak with experts who train energy industry specialists every day.
The Bąków Training Ground is a place where theory meets practice. The center offers:
modern, modernized training building
specially prepared infrastructure for practical classes
experienced team of instructors
training for electricians and supervisory workers in the field of work under voltage up to 1 kV
specialized courses on safe work at heights
During your visit, you will see the space where training is conducted on, among others:
live work on overhead and cable lines,
operation of distribution devices,
organization and supervision of electrical works,
safe work at height.

This is not just an ordinary tour – it is an opportunity to experience the training standards that determine the level of safety and quality in the Polish power industry.
