"Your Story and Passion..." is a workshop format in which participants explore their own histories and the moments when they felt the greatest energy and commitment. They identify their passions and values, which can become their inner "energy" driving personal and professional development. The workshop aims to demonstrate how to connect what they enjoy with real competencies and the needs of the labor market (also in the context of the nuclear energy sector), and how to consciously prioritize available resources for career choices and daily motivation.
