President of the Management Board of Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. since December 1, 2021. A graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, he holds an MBA and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate. From the beginning of his professional career (2006), he has been associated with the LOTOS Capital Group. Among other things, he was responsible for the development of the B8 field at LOTOS Petrobaltic and for the implementation of the RBI methodology at the Gdańsk refinery. He managed the implementation of the EFRA Project (CAPEX: EUR 540 million), ultimately to the successful start-up and test run of the coking complex. He served as a member of the Management Board of LOTOS Asfalt and Director of the LOTOS Group Mergers and Acquisitions Office. He combines operational experience with strategic management competencies in dynamic market conditions.
