Anna Wiosna – manager with over 20 years of experience in preparing, financing and implementing complex investment processes in large capital groups in the energy and construction sectors as well as financial and development institutions.
He specializes in preparing and negotiating contracts and joint venture agreements, structuring, and financing large-scale investments, with particular emphasis on offshore wind energy. His work focuses on supporting the development of the national industrial base for the energy transition, initiating and implementing programs that strengthen the participation of Polish companies in the supply chains of strategic energy projects.
At ORLEN SA, she was responsible for securing financing for the Baltic Power project – the first offshore wind farm to be built in the Polish part of the Baltic Sea (a joint venture between ORLEN and Northland Power), and one of the largest offshore wind project finance projects in Europe, valued at approximately €4.4 billion. The transaction was recognized with the 2023 Deal of the Year award from Project Finance International.
As Director of the Enterprise Development Department at the Industrial Development Agency, she initiated and implemented activities supporting the participation of Polish companies in the supply chains for key energy transition projects, particularly in the areas of offshore wind and nuclear power. She also initiated programs to strengthen the competencies of domestic companies and prepare them to participate in the implementation of the offshore wind farm construction program and the first nuclear power plant in Poland: Offshore Without Barriers and Nuclear Without Barriers, and subsequently launched the Ready for Offshore program.
As a Partner at CRIDO, she was responsible for the Renewable Energy & Project Finance practice, advising investors on the structuring and financing of energy projects. At Bank Pekao SA, she developed partnerships with the largest energy sector entities and participated in the financing of infrastructure investments and renewable energy projects. At HOCHTIEF Polska SA, she was responsible for preparing bids, negotiating contracts, and forming consortia for the largest construction and energy investments in Poland.
Currently, he is developing advisory activities within Blue Ocean Investments, supporting companies and investors in the preparation and financing of infrastructure and energy projects, especially offshore wind and renewable energy projects.
He is a member of the Polish Committee of the World Energy Council and the Council of the Polish Chamber of Offshore Wind Energy.
Author of numerous expert studies prepared for both the private sector and government institutions.
A graduate of the Radom University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics, she holds a degree in Finance, Banking, and Mergers and Acquisitions. She also holds an EMBA.
