Bartosz Fedurek is a manager who has been associated with the PGE Group for many years, with extensive experience in the energy sector and the development of large infrastructure projects.
Throughout his career, he has participated in creating development strategies for large energy and industrial groups. His investment experience spans a broad spectrum of energy technologies – from conventional energy (lignite, hard coal, gas), through nuclear power, renewable energy sources (onshore and offshore wind, photovoltaics), and energy storage. He has played a key role in the development of strategic investment projects, implemented both organically and through acquisitions, including projects with a combined capacity of several gigawatts, which have led to final investment decisions and implementation.
At PGE Baltica, he is primarily responsible for the overall development of the offshore wind farm project portfolio, shaping business models, collaborating with partners, and building the company's organizational capabilities and competencies. He gained professional experience at the PGE Group, as well as at international and domestic energy and industrial corporations, including EDPR, Ørsted, and KGHM, holding managerial and supervisory positions in both functional and project-based structures.
He graduated from the Faculty of Geoengineering, Mining, and Geology at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He also participated in academic and management programs at Imperial College London, TU Delft, RWTH Aachen, the Warsaw School of Economics, and Kozminski University, among others.
It focuses on building long-term value, responsible development, and effective implementation of strategies and complex projects, focusing on collaboration, communication, and a One Team culture.
