A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in thermal energy, he also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology in sustainable energy supply systems and energy certification of buildings. He has lectured on heating-related topics at several editions of the Warsaw School of Economics' Postgraduate Studies. He is the author of publications on thermal management in municipalities and current and strategic issues requiring solutions by heating companies. He is a member of the National Bank of Poland's Energy Expert Group. He has been involved in heating and energy from the beginning of his professional career. Since 1999, he has beenVice President of the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for District Heating.
