Dagmara Peret is the Executive Director and Vice President of GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy in Poland. She is responsible for the implementation of the BWRX-300 modular nuclear reactors in Poland and Eastern Europe. Since joining GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy in 2022, she has been actively involved in the nuclear energy team at the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Energy and Environmental Protection, focusing on implementing energy policy to transition Poland's energy generation model from coal to nuclear.
Dagmara’s career in the energy industry began in 1996 at ABB, followed by senior positions at Alstom Power and GE, where she played a key role in leading some of the largest gas-fired power plant projects in Poland and shaping the decarbonization strategy for the heating sector.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, completed postgraduate studies in Public Procurement Law at the Leon Kozminski University and MBA studies in Energy at Lazarski University.
