For over 20 years, he has championed the idea that cybersecurity management can be simple. During this time, he co-founded a number of teams providing information systems security services, implemented projects for dozens of organizations, and co-created solutions used to provide advanced cybersecurity services. He is the Deputy Director of the Maritime Cybersecurity Center – a think tank established at the Naval Academy in Gdynia – and a university lecturer. He advises large and important organizations on cybersecurity management. He holds numerous professional certifications, including CISM, CISSP, and CISA. He is the author of the book "Cybersecurity Management. Employees. Processes. Technologies.".
