A manager with 23 years of experience in the energy industry. Since 2023, she has served as Director of the Wybrzeże Branch of PGE Energia Ciepła SA, managing two combined heat and power plants in Gdańsk and Gdynia, producing electricity and heat, ensuring energy security for the Tricity metropolitan area of approximately 800,000 residents.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk, a participant of the Corporate University for Management EDF (Electricity & Gas Industry) within the Toulouse School of Economics and the Oxford Group.
In the years 2011-2017, as deputy director, she was involved in the planning and implementation of key strategic projects of the EDF Group in Poland: investment and restructuring, including the launch of the Shared Services Centre and the consolidation of production assets.
In the years 2017-2023, Director of the Trade Department at the Wybrzeże Branch of PGE Energia Ciepła, responsible for, among others, strategic projects for the development of the heat market in a region covering 7 municipalities; the development of new heat-related market services and activities optimizing the Branch's gross margin; tariffing and concession updating processes;
Since 2023, Director of the Wybrzeże Branch of PGE Energia Ciepła. Employing over 350 employees, she manages an organization undergoing significant generational, competency, and technological change. Among other things, she is responsible for planning and implementing investments to decarbonize the production assets of the Gdańsk and Gdynia CHP plants toward low- and zero-emission technologies, in synergy with local stakeholders, while maintaining the continuity of heat supply to the cities. She oversees the efficient operation of all CHP plant generating equipment, including the only electrode boilers in Poland, which pioneered the electrification of district heating, enabling synergies between the electricity and district heating markets.
