Ilona Deręgowska graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Rzeszów and completed postgraduate studies in controlling and management accounting at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. She also completed postgraduate studies in strategic financial management, preparing for CIMA certification. She is currently pursuing ACCA certification – Strategic Professional level. She is also a postgraduate student in ESG at Kozminski University.
She is a member of the Polish Corporate Treasurers Association (PCTA).
Ilona Deręgowska is a manager with over 15 years of experience in strategic finance. She gained expert and managerial experience at two publicly traded companies: Asseco Poland, where she was responsible for treasury and liquidity management, and participated in numerous consolidation processes within the Asseco Group.
In the State Treasury-owned company Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa, she held the position of Financial Director, responsible for managing the company's finances, risk and financial liquidity during one of the most difficult periods of the entity's operations.
As Chief Financial Officer (2022-2024) at Intec Energy Solution (CHINT Green Energy), a company operating in the energy industry in Europe, building photovoltaic parks, she was responsible for the areas of controlling, accounting and financial reporting, as well as treasury and taxes.
Currently, as Vice President of the Management Board of ARP SA, she oversees the company's finances, focusing on supporting the development of accounting, reporting, and controlling within the ARP Capital Group. Her responsibilities also include effective capital and financial risk management, securing financing, and optimizing and transforming financial processes within the ARP Group.
