Jan Piotrowski is a retired soldier (Lieutenant Colonel, Reserved), a graduate of the Military Academy of Signal Forces in Zegrze. He began his service in the 4th Air Defense Missile Brigade, where he served as the Chief of Signal of the Missile Squadron and Commander of the Signal Company. For 20 years, he served in the District Military Representation, where he performed his duties as a military representative and later as Deputy Chief and Chief. During his service, he supervised the delivery of military equipment and actively participated in numerous implementation programs for new military equipment in Poland and abroad. After retiring from uniform in 2020, he began working at the Military University of Technology as a specialist in the certification of quality management systems in accordance with NATO AQAP publications. In 2023, he assumed the position of Director of Military Programs at Advanced Protection Systems, where he managed the program for the implementation of anti-drone systems in the Polish military. Since 2025, he has been working as a Director at Rockfin and, as the Management Board's representative, is responsible for the development of the Defense area.
Jan Piotrowski studied at the Gdańsk University of Technology, where he completed a second-cycle degree in Management and Marketing, as well as postgraduate studies in "ISO Standards and Quality Management." He has completed a number of specialized courses and training in quality management and NATO standards for planning, risk management, and configuration management in military equipment deliveries. He is an expert in the quality of military equipment deliveries.
For his military service, he was awarded the gold medal "For Merit to National Defence" and the gold medal "Armed Forces in the Service of the Homeland".
He is married, has a wife, Beata, and 2 children: Julia and Jakub.
His interests include sports and traveling.
