A Polish local government official and civil servant, he has served as Mayor of Lębork since May 2024. He served as a councilor on the Lębork City Council from 2010 to 2024 and as Chairman of the Lębork City Council from 2018 to 2024. He holds a degree in Journalism and Social Communication and a Master's degree in European Studies, specializing in federalism and regional policy in Europe. He ran his own business for 13 years. He is a member of the Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot Metropolitan Area Council (term 2024-2029).
