He has extensive experience in corporate financial management. He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, completed the CIMA program, and continues his education in finance through the ACCA program. He holds ministerial qualifications for candidates for supervisory board members. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Grupa LOTOS SA and a member of supervisory boards of Polish and international entities.
