Management expert and executive director with 30 years of experience specializing in the energy sector, particularly in Offshore Upstream and Downstream operations, engineering and commercial aspects of investment projects.
A 1996 graduate of Gdynia Maritime University, he began his career in the offshore sector as an electrical engineer, later becoming a project engineer and manager. In 2013, he completed a management program at Harvard Business School in Boston.
In 2008, he founded Asia Connecting Centre Pte. Ltd. (ACC). The Singapore-based company offers capital project management services in the oil, gas, and offshore sectors.
Since 2017, he has also served as CEO of Energy Market Observer sp. z o. o. (ENMARO), a company operating in Poland. The company supports clients in implementing strategic projects involving the development of offshore wind farms, the production and transport of low-emission hydrogen and alternative fuels, the maritime transport of liquefied carbon dioxide for sequestration (CCS), and the decarbonization of maritime transport.
He is a member and lecturer of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
He serves as an advisor to the management boards of foreign companies and investment funds.
