An experienced manager of a thermal waste treatment plant. He has been a member of the ITPOK team in Poznań for over 10 years. He gained his expertise by working closely with the General Contractor of the Poznań plant and during its subsequent operation. He subsequently assumed the position of Head of the Operations Department and currently Deputy Plant Director. He is responsible for optimizing the plant's operation and oversees the implementation of the O&M contract and the PPP agreement with the City of Poznań. As one of the PreZero experts, he also supports the organization in implementing new WtE projects. He graduated from the Poznań University of Technology with a degree in Energy, specializing in Nuclear Energy/Renewable Energy Sources, and completed postgraduate studies in "Modern Enterprise Management" and "Financial Management for Managers and Entrepreneurs" at the Leon Kozminski University.
