Previously, he was the Department's Deputy Director and Customer Relations Coordinator. An expert in IT support, sales, commercial and purchasing processes, and electromobility. He co-founded a project integrating vehicle charging stations with lighting infrastructure. He is a graduate of Gdynia Maritime University and completed postgraduate studies at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
