A graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, Silesian University of Technology, and Warsaw University of Technology, he holds an MBA. He has over 50 years of professional experience in the energy industry. His professional career included implementing an electricity distribution system. As Director of the Innovation Department at ENERGA-OPERATOR SA, he led numerous innovative projects, including overseeing the construction of Poland's first energy storage facilities integrated with the power system in Local Balancing Areas with a high renewable energy density. He has also participated in the work of supervisory boards of energy companies. He is the author of numerous studies and publications on the integration of renewable energy sources, energy storage facilities with the power system, and energy efficiency. He is a member of the Polish Society for Transmission Electricity
