A graduate of Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz and an Executive MBA from the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, specializing in IT Management. He also completed postgraduate studies in IT project management at the Poznań University of Economics. He is currently pursuing a PhD in cybersecurity related to the FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System) at the Warsaw University of Technology.
For over 25 years, he has been associated with the railway, telecommunications, and energy industries, responsible for the management and implementation of projects in the areas of telecommunications, cybersecurity, and IT. From 2011 to 2013, he served as Commercial Director at TK Telekom sp. z o.o., from 2013 to 2015 as Development Director at ATEM – Polska Sp. z o.o., and from 2015 to 2021 as Business Development Director at Technitel Polska SA. For the last two years, he has served as Management Board Advisor at NetWorks Sp. z o.o., a company responsible for the building, development, and maintenance of cellular network infrastructure.
Critical infrastructure expert and active participant in industry cooperation in preparing a pilot implementation of the FRMCS system on Polish railways.
