He has over 15 years of experience working in Brussels, where since 2024 he has been managing the PKEE office – the sole representative of the Polish energy sector in EURELECTRIC.
In the years 2012-2024, he advised MEP Jerzy Buzek in the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy, and previously served as assistant to the President of the European Parliament.
He specializes in EU energy, climate, and industrial policy. He has participated in the development and negotiation of numerous key legislative acts in these areas, including the ETS Directive, the Security of Gas Supply Regulation, EU electricity market regulations, and the Hydrogen-Gas Package.
As an external expert, he participated in the preparation of the Committee of the Regions' opinion on the Affordable Energy Prices Action Plan in 2025. He co-authored the Stefan Batory Foundation's report on "Return to Europe. Recommendations for Polish Policy in the European Union.".
