Tymon Pastucha is an energy policy analyst in the Energy, Raw Materials, and Critical Technologies program at the Polish Institute of International Affairs. His research interests focus on the energy policies of Central and Eastern European countries, the energy dimension of EU relations with third countries, with particular emphasis on energy cooperation with Ukraine, and energy sanctions policy against Russia. He speaks English, Russian, and German, and has a basic knowledge of Serbo-Croatian.
