Since 2009, he has held managerial positions in companies with various business profiles and shareholding structures: Makolab SA-Digital Project House (IT corporation, listed on NewConnect), Lublin Science and Technology Park SA (a company with the majority capital of the Lublin Voivodeship government) and Netrix Ventures and Brave Seed Fund (Companies with the status of "Managing alternative investment companies" in the REGISTER of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority).
In these positions, he gained extensive knowledge of the technology, energy, and innovation markets, as well as large-scale project management and customer service. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Quantum Blockchains Sp. z o.o. and as President of the Management Board of Bootcamp Sp. z o.o.
Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy of the Regional Centre in Lublin and Al SAFETY SOLUTIONS sp. z o. o. as well as Founder and President of the Management Board of the "INSTYTUT MADE IN POLAND" Foundation.
Since April 2024, Tomasz Małecki has been the Vice-President of the Management Board of PGE Dystrybucja for Strategy.
