The PowerConnect Energy Summit 2025 energy fair will take place on March 18-20, 2026 at AMBEREXPO in Gdańsk.

A personalized ID badge is required for entry to the Trade Fair or Conference hall. The badge must be collected at the Trade Fair reception desk upon presentation of the purchased ticket, either printed or electronic. For Exhibitors, Partners, and VIP Guests, a printed or electronic voucher must be presented to collect the ticket.

Exhibitors receive printed ID badges at Reception A in Hall A. They are available for collection at the trade fair reception from March 25, 2025.

The ID badge details must be entered into your account in the Electronic Exhibitor System. This information will be available after full payment for the space and services ordered. Please bring the generated code to the Exhibitor Reception Desk in Hall A.

Exhibitors must print their parking permits themselves after paying for their order through the system, before arriving at the Fair – in the quantity ordered. Parking permits must be hologrammed at Reception A.

Holograms for parking cards are valid on market days (from March 26, 10:00 a.m.).

  • March 28, 2025, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m
  • March 29, 2025, 00:00 - 16:00

• Entry through the gate: "EXHIBITOR'S ENTRANCE" - based on the received exhibitor ID or INSTALLATION SERVICE ID
• Unloading of heavier items through gate G1
• Security issues entry passes for 60 minutes
• Unloading in hall A through gates T8, T10
• After unloading the goods, it is possible to park free of charge at the P4 Parking Lot (Polsat Plus Arena) with a printed parking card (holograms are not valid on this day)

• Exhibitors with purchased parking passes park at Parking P4 (Polsat Plus Arena) - a hologram is valid on these days
• Visitors and construction companies can also use Parking P4, as well as parking lots P7/P8 at AMBEREXPO - in this case, please use the parking meter

Stand assembly takes place from 22nd to 25th March 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

On March 25, 2025, only the installation of stand equipment is permitted; any work that causes dust in the halls is prohibited.

• External companies constructing stands must have INSTALATION SERVICE badges (available for collection in hall A at gate T8)
• The commencement of assembly work will be possible after payment of a deposit of PLN 1,000.00
• The rear walls of the stand, made of own construction – above 2.5 m, which are visible from the side of neighboring companies must have an aesthetic finish

• March 28, 2025, 5:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m
• March 29, 2025, 00:00 - 16:00

For safety reasons, the goods gates will open on March 28, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., after guests have left the exhibition grounds.

The participant or contractor is responsible for removing any rubbish and empty packaging remaining after assembly and disassembly. Waste and rubbish should be disposed of in containers located behind the exhibition halls and not left on walkways.

Built-up stands will be cleaned daily, including the public exhibition area and the open areas of the stands – vacuuming carpets and removing rubbish placed in front of the stand. Enclosed back areas will be cleaned only upon request and in the presence of the Exhibitor.

Entry to the PowerConnect Energy Summit 2025 energy trade fair is subject to a fee. Entry requires registration in the system and the collection of an ID badge at the Reception Desk in Hall A.

Any additional orders or payments made during the Fair must be paid by CARD! Cash is not accepted during the Fair.

The cloakroom is located in the hall of Hall B, while an ATM is located in front of the entrance to the Amberexpo area.
